individual programs
12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATIONThis program is an intense program that requires the client to stick to a specific nutrition program that has been created for them and tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Our clients will follow a training program that is also designed to fit their day to day lifestyle, they will train 3 times per week for the whole 12 weeks. The training program is a combination of mobility and athletic type exercises with an interval cardio component attached to it. Clients that follow the protocol will see a dramatic change aesthetically as well as physically. This program will help you lose body fat, strengthen and tone your muscles and will add vitality back into your life. Once you have completed the program and you have reached your goal, you will be given a maintenance program to follow.
