high school sports training programs
Preparing high school athletes for a higher level of sports performance is the main focus of BODYSMITH. These programs allow athletes to effectively and safely build upon their power, endurance, agility, speed and strength needed to keep up with the intensity of their current and eventual future athletic career. |
team sports programsThese programs include off-season training camps, player assessments and fitness testing, in/off-season nutritional support , physical therapy, and , in-season maintenance training programs. These programs not only allow athletes to effectively and safely build upon their power, endurance, agility, speed and strength during the off-season, but also focus on maintaining such progress during the league season, as well as assist in achieving any performance goals team management and staff would like to see fulfilled. |
SUMMER OFF-ICE TRAINING programsBODYSMITH's summer off-ice training programs prepares players for their next season with challenging and effective workouts that ensures a players optimum performance. This training includes weight-training, agility drills, speed work, and core conditioning. Players will also work on flexibility which will help reduce the risk of injury and improve one's overall performance. All athletes will be given a complete nutritional guide. The guide will teach them the proper eating habits and nutrition required for training at a high intensity. The program contains meal plans, a number of great recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks. |
